On February 1, 2009, Tommy Sweat suffered a heart attack and died at home.  Tommy worked for Vulcan Materials Company for 36 years.  Of course his favorite thing in the world was shooting with his friends at the cowboy club or range.  He always had some story that might be a little questionable, but was guaranteed to make you laugh.  Ol’ Liberty was a husband, a dedicated grandfather, and a heck of a friend if you needed one.

He has left behind his wife, Janet Seat and bunch of good memories and a list of friends as long as an old dirt road.  Our hearts ache for BIG.  His favorite little cowgirl was Sydney, and she called him BIG.  We loved him so much and he will be missed by so many friends and family.  He was a good fellar.
