Mr. William Ernest Willingham, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 1, 2011, at North Florida Regional Medical Center. William was born on May 5, 1954 in Miami to Ernest Bruce Willingham and Mae Lila Rosteutscher Willingham. He moved to Bell in 1996 from Gainesville. William worked in the Building Services Department for the University of Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Kay Thomas Willingham of Bell; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Melissa Willingham of Bell; a brother, Bruce S. Willingham of High Springs; and a sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and Constantine Karras of Ft. White.
