William Warren Wright, also known as ‘Will Skinner’ to his close friends, 59 of Shelton, WA was found to have passed away near his home on September 26th, 2012. Mr. Wright was born on July 13th, 1953 to Leander Edward and Beatrice Marjorie Wright (née Mebust) in Richland, WA. He graduated from North Central High School in 1971, attending college in Spokane and Centralia and graduating from Eastern Washington State College in Cheney in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting with a minor in geology. He married Jennifer Louise Pape on June 14th, 1975, in Centralia. They divorced in 2009. Bill worked for Chrysler Financial Corporation from 1978 until 2001.He then went to work for the Washington State Department of Licensing, where he was the Western Regional Manager for Dealer Services and Fraud Investigation. He was most recently the Standardization Compliance Manager at the Department of Licensing. Mr. Wright was a member of SASS (The Single Action Shooting Society), a lifetime NRA member, and belonged to ABATE (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments) of Washington, and Society's Deviants Motorcycle Club. He was a biker and outdoorsman whose hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and golf. He was also an excellent baker and enjoyed card playing (especially pinochle, cribbage, blackjack and poker) and gardening.

He is survived by his significant other, Julie Coleman, Shelton; parents, Lee and Bea Wright, Centralia; sons, Matthew (Jamie) Wright, Los Angeles, and Zachary Wright, San Francisco, and their mother Jennifer Wright, Olympia; sisters, Lea (Dave) Noble, Spokane, and Lora (Ron) Collins, Littlerock and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
