The intellect will always yearn for more

Especially when sharing with the poor

Expansion of the arts can brighten darkness

As new perspectives rush to fill a void

When light and color open new horizons

With hidden talents happily employed

Expansion of  a family can sometimes

Bring happiness and pride beyond compare

Especially if the family’s not related

Merely by blood, but something far more rare

Expansion of the heart is often longed for

By those who question everything they see

And if their empty hearts are filled at long last

Perhaps that is the greatest victory
